  5. Easy recording the greeting message Old Specification The subscriber should do the complicated key-operation to record the greeting message as follows. [5][0][0]+[password][#]+[3][1][1]  Recording No-answer greeting [5][0][0]+[password][#]+[3][3]  Recording Owner’s name We can not register Quick Dial to make the simple operation for recording the greeting message, because we have to dial the personal password just after accessing the VPS. But for example, most of the guests of the hotel does not know such operation. I have to listen to the guidance to record the greeting message. Subscriber PBX VPS

The owner want to restrict other functions. However the VPS can not stop other functions. Option command : Auto configuration at the midnight OPTN 15,1  Enable (Executing the auto configuration at 2:00 AM) OPTN 15,255  Disable (Default : Normal mode) OPTN -i,15  Confirmation of setting If somebody is accessing to the VPS, the attempt of this day skips. Creating the mailbox automatically at 2:00AM Matters that require attention • The VPS can not answer the incoming call during executing the auto configuration. • We recommend removing the unnecessary extension numbers from the PBX, because the auto configuration creates the unnecessary mailbox. The unnecessary mailboxes come back at the midnight, even if you remove the unnecessary mailbox from the VPS. Blinking The green LED is blinking. PBX VPS Mbx #104 Mbx #101 Ext #101 Mbx #102 You should delete it manually, because the mailbox is not deleted automatically. Ext #102 Ext #103 VPS PBX Mbx #103  Please remove it. Ext #104

Then the operator is called, but the caller is not called. The caller leaves the message. Mbx #101 The message is transferred. Option command : The timing to change to the old message status OPTN 12,X  X:0 - 10 seconds (Default : 5 seconds) OPTN -i,12  Confirmation of setting The status is changed to Old after X seconds from starting playing the message.  0 is same as the old specification. Mbx #102 New Old The status becomes to the old message, if the message is played completely or the subscriber makes any key operation. Subscriber #102

After deleting Mailbox Group 503 Internal memory of KX-TVA Programming from PCMC Mailbox Group 501 502 503 504 505 Guidance (Name) 501 502 503 504 505 Mailbox Group 501 502 504 505 Problem The name of MBXG 505 is recorded to MBXG 504. Remove This problem is fixed like the blue arrows.
