Why ECAP? • RRC permit process is linear & time-consuming. • RRC data entry is costly and subject to error. • Paper creates storage and data access problems. • Paper process results in redundancy of data. • Industry needs to improve costs. • Project timing is impacted by permitting process. • Better access to data is needed. • Both industry and RRC need to operate more efficiently.
