  10. Overhead Warmer Line Overall Comparison

  11. Overhead Warmer Line APW Low Wattage vs. Hatco High Wattage Comparison: Single Non-Lighted Units

  12. Overhead Warmer Line APW Low Wattage vs. Hatco High Wattage Comparison: Single Lighted Units

  13. APW Wyott Overheads generate 23% more heat than Hatco or Merco directly below the heat zone and 10% more heat in the edges of the heat area.

  14. Selling Against the Competition: Hatco • Options we offer standard, are optional • Have dominated for so long, some accounts are vulnerable • Lack the entire fab package we have, creating the need for another PO, another freight bill (no lowerators, few drop-ins,) • Won’t attach cord and plug for stocking dealers • No $2000 Prepaid

  15. Selling Against the Competition: Merco • Aluminum construction. • Less durable quartz element, with shorter life than cal rod. Creates safety hazard with glass potentially breaking and getting into food. • Less sku offerings, • less total fab offerings • (no foodwells, warming drawers, etc)

  16. Selling Against the Competition: Vollrath • Aluminum construction • Confusing low medium and high applications, 3 skus per size. • Single year parts warranty on cal rod • Lack breadth of fab package we have. Limited foodwells, no drawer warmers, • no lowerators,
