Dates and deadlines • Paper deadline extended • Improve the empirical section • New deadline - 15th June, 23:59 • Second presentation round • Presentation schedule remains almost unchanged • 24th June, Slinger and Sjaak absent • Martin & Koen, arrange a presentation reschedule with Suzanne • Symposium date • 18th November, Thursday • 14:00 – 17:00

Checklist 1 • 1x List with all our names (as in our passports)             -Names of Sjaak and Slinger on top, followed by the students, alphabetical. • 1x itinerary             -Flight numbers, flights.             -Leisure activities (like visit to TajMahal, include train numbers)             -Per city: Hotel info (Name.Address,phone),     Companies (Name,Address,Contactname,phone)     Universities (Name,Address,Contactname,phone)

Checklist 2 • 1x Official University Letter, Signed by Sjaak (as Chairman of Organisation and Information)             -Explain that our trip is on behalf of the university             -Flight numbers             -The purpose of our trip (duration and what we want to do)             -Itinerary             -Contact details of Sjaak --The letter has to be addressed to the Embassy of India, Consular Wing (Buitenrustweg 2, 2517 KD The Hague) and printed on official University Paper--

  9. Checklist 3 • 21x Individual letter (again on official paper and signed)             -Stating that the student is studying at Utrecht University             -Name master program             -The start and (expected) end time of the study

  10. Checklist 4 • 21 x Visa application form • 21 x 21x Two identical pasport photos (do not need to comply the strick regulations but may not be scanned and printed, but has to be on photopaper and normal size) • 21 x Copy of passport
