WHAT ARE WE DOING (1) • N°1: We search for French/European companies that have technological needs • N°2: We select only those firms that have financial capabilities to pay for a collaboration and strong willingness • N°3: We search for Russian teams that are capable, ready and willing to enter into a negotiation with these companies • N°4: We MAKE THE DEAL, facilitating the conclusion of “Good & Fair” deals

  4. WHAT ARE WE DOING (2) We act as an « Honest Broker » for BOTH parties Our goal if to facilitate a deal in which both parties feel they win We are liable for results

  5. WHAT ARE THE SUCCESS INDICATORS Creating Value in the range of 10.000.000€+ over the period of the Project Facilitating the creation of 500 sustainable jobs Launching 10 technology-based Start-Ups with international perspectives

ONE CONCRETE EXAMPLE: ARENZO MOLECULAR DIAGNOSTICS Kit and System: • A French medium sized biotechnology firm • A biological Institute that develops an innovative bio-chip • An international market for diagnosis in HCV Subtyping RUO, HCV Subtyping CE, Oncogenic viruses, etc. • An “intelligent” rapid reader Development of a joint-venture to: • Market joint products throughout the world • Adapt the Russian chip to international standards and increase its possibilities • Expected results: a turn-over of ≈ 12.000.000€ Per Annum after the development phase (2 years +). Circa 40 jobs to be created
