  2. 2nd T&T coordination meeting. • Welcome to Brussels for the 2nd T&T Coordination Meeting, nearly 3 years after the 1st meeting (Oct. 2013) and 4 and a half years after the start of the 1st project (Jan. 2012). INSC-RCF Cooperation - Plenary

  3. T&T • Today we have more 1166 trainees and 66 tutees….and the success continues. • The regional dimension is now expending with 9 RTC nearly all around the world. Daures, Pauwels: T&T Coordination Meeting

  6. T&T the initiative I - AAP 2010 with Budget: 3 million €; started early 2012 - completed. II - AAP 2011 with Budget: 3 million €; started June 2013. III - AAP 2013 with Budget: 3 million €; started June 2014. IV - AAP 2015 with Budget: 3 million €; started Feb. 2016. Coordination Meeting • Purpose: • EC is organising this coordination meeting to present, discuss, coordinate and forecast the different INSC training activities among all the stakeholders : • - the Contracting Authority (EC); • - the Contractors: ENSTTI, Iter-Consult and Riskaudit; • - the Partners: INSC countries and Regional Organisations. Session: I day (15th) • The purpose is to exchange information on the recent initiative to structure and organize the training for nuclear safety (organize/structure the offer). • The EC, the IAEA and the EU Universities, RAs and TSOs are involved with the (education) and training of the staff of the nuclear safety regulatory authorities. • They will present their initiatives regarding training. Session: II day (16th) • Presentation by the partners of their National Training Plans , the lessons learned and their future needs. • The exchange of information between the EC and the partners who benefit from the T&T project should allow the EC to address real needs in the future. New dimensions to structure the offer should be considered • The main objective is collect "input" from the partners countries to prepare for future projects, to improve the coordination, and to address real demand of partner regulators.
