  6. Who we’re looking for • Flexible • Ideally social science background • Ideally some relevant experience (work in development, education, youth work etc) • Usually minimum 2.2 equivalent • But: • THE APPLICATION MATTERS • Personal statement should indicate why they are interested in the course
