  11. Ongoing?? Yes, Ongoing. It can still be measured. At the end of the quarter, we can measure that we did 8 food tastings and offered upsells at ALL 8. But when writing plan, we don’t know how many, or when we will have them. But it still HAS TO BE MEASURED.

Sold 4 coffee stations for weddings and 2 for Bar Mitzvahs (big hit). But no sweet tables sold. 2 out of 4 prayer packages went but at a lower price. Themed dinners were great, sold all three to groups with tastings. Menu price increase went without complaint.

  15. Your Table Assignment… • Pick one of your Key Strategies you just determined and write your action plans for that need. Be SMART. • Don’t worry so much now about who is going to do them. Just determine what needs to get done to achieve your objective. • You will be presenting them to your table groups.
