The working women requires the extra lot of energy to keep her working round the clock. She has to work against the clock to meet her duties and works. She doesn’t have time for recreation and relaxation. She hardly bothers about herself, neglects her health issues as her focus is on her responsibilities. But, it is very important for a woman to take care of her health timely to prevent herself from serious ailments and chronic conditions like diabetes, obesity, hypertension, cancer, kidney disease etc. A woman should understand her worth and stand up for herself.
