    31. Online Inventory Verification Form It is available on ODVS. It is nearly identical to what we used last year. Please have it complete, not submitted, at material pickup time. I will verify that it aligns with ODVS and the materials that I seal for shipping and then give you the word to submit.

    32. Packing SCORABLE materials: School and grade specific return envelopes Special Handling Envelopes (Include a note! See Page 31 of DAC/BAC Manual for details.) NEW flat, prelabeled boxes (also school and grade specific) Do NOT consolidate grade level SCORABLE materials Return Shipping For the scorable shipment, pack by grade per school – the scorable materials return envelopes and boxes include labels that indicate the school and grade level to pack in them. Do not combine grades into envelopes and do not combine grades into boxes. For example, if district Q has schools A and B, school A grade 3 materials go in one envelope (labeled school A grade 3) and then into the school A grade 3 Return of Used Answer Documents(RUAD) box, school B grade 3 materials go in a separate envelope (labeled school B grade 3) and then into the school B grade 3 RUAD box.  Some envelopes and boxes may have small amounts to return. Even though this seems wasteful, the system is designed to track materials as they are returned. In the end, separate boxes saves time and money by eliminating the need for extra manpower hours. Detailed instructions are included in the DAC/BAC Manual.
