  1. Module D95-05-02 was received in June 2013 • Optical inspection and electrical-test done on June 11, 2013 • Not corrosion observed • Slight presence of few black spots (?) • IV taken at UniGE showed a lowering in Vbd but still in IBL specs • Due to the lowering in Vbd the module was given to CERN colleagues for additional investigation • Kept in SR1 in a box • Tested in climate chamber (OFF) • Back to UniGE on Nov 11, 2013 • Optical inspection performed on Nov 22, 2013 • No evidence of corrosion • Pronounced presence of black spots • Reported in TF but any action was taken considering also what was already discussed in end of October when the first black spot were observed • Pictures of the observed black spots are available at http://dpnc.unige.ch/IBLdata/modules/D92-05-02/optinsp/blackspots/
