  3. Scholarship • Must maintain a 92 average in core classes (Math ,Science, Social Studies ELA ) • Failure will result in probation, tutoring programs, and/or dismissal

  4. Leadership • Members are required to attend NJHS meetings and to be an asset to the organization in those meetings by actively participating in a mature and respectful manner. • Continued disruptive behavior in meetings and during school can result in dismissal from NJHS.

  5. Character • NJHS is an honor society! And the conduct of all NJHS members should at all times be a positive reflection to the organization. • Behavior that results in major or minor office referrals will result in probation and/or dismissal

  6. Citizenship • Each member is required to participate in the annual food drive and garbage pick up as well as other community assistance programs designed by the NJHS. • Failure to participate in these without good reason will result in probation and/or dismissal.

  7. Service • Each member is required to give of his or her time in fundraisers such as concession stands. • Members who fail to assist in fundraising events on a regular basis can be put on probation and/or dismissed for lack of commitment to the organization.
