  10. Current Partnership TVT Projects • Sharq Project - High Institute for Plastic Fabrication in Riyadh is the first of its kind in the kingdom. The institute is under construction and will be commissioned in September 2007. Sharq will staff the institute during the first five years with specialized plastic industry instructors. • SABIC-EXXONMOBIL Project – a training Center at Yanbu for skills set training required by the downstream Elastomer Conversion Industry. • Rabigh-I Project – Plastic Technical Center for plastic technologies similar to Sumitomo’s plastics technical center in Chiba Japan. • Chevron - an institute in Khafji specialized in petroleum services industry.
