  3. STARTER PACKS Starter packs for Altel Prepaid will be sold at a retail price of RM 7.00. The starter pack will be preloaded with RM 5.00 worth of airtime credit. Starter packs will have a validity period of 30 days.

  6. MOBILE BROADBAND PLANS MECHANICS • Subscriber must be in Malaysia to register for Mobile Broadband plans • Subscriber need to have enough credit balance in account before being allowed to register for Mobile Broadband plans • Balance of quota does not carry forward

  7. BONUS

  8. FRIENDS & FAMILY:Cheapest call & SMS rates to best friends & family MECHANICS • Maximum of 8 Friend & Family numbers for each subscribers • Friends & Family is only applicable for on-net subscribers – Altel, Celcom & Celcom MVNOs

ACTIVATION BONUS: 10% bonus credit for first reload MECHANICS • Bonus will be applicable for the first reload within 5 days of activation • Only first reload is applicable for bonus • Bonus will only be applicable for reloads of RM30 and above • Bonus will be capped to RM50 • Subscriber must be in active state to be applicable for bonus • Bonus credit does not carry any validity period NOTIFICATIONS

BIRTHDAY BONUS:20% bonus credit during birthday month MECHANICS • Bonus will start on 0000hrs, 1st day of birthday month • Bonus will end on 2359hrs, last day of birthday month • Bonus will only be applicable for bonus upon a minimum of 3 months length of stay • Subscriber must be in Active state to be applicable for bonus • Subscribers will only be applicable for bonus if they have registered/ updated their birthday • Each mobile number can only enjoy Birthday Bonus ONCE a year NOTIFICATIONS

SIM ACTIVATION • SIM activation will be done via first call • After SIM card is inserted, subscriber is required to make a call to any number (Customer Service can suggest to contact 13388) • Subscriber will be directed via IVR to select language, etc. • Subscriber will then be advised that line is active
