  1. “Part to Production” CATIA V5 NC Manufacturing – Integrated NC Post-Processing & MCD-Based Machine Tool Simulation

  2. Presentation Contents • General Booth Concepts -------------------------------- 2. • Booth Lot Size & Costs ---------------------------------- 4. • IMTS Cost Beak-down ----------------------------------- 5. • Featured Products ---------------------------------------- 6. • Booth Message -------------------------------------------- 7. • Machine Tool Partner Affiliation ----------------------- 8. • Benefits – Machine Hall Presence --------------------10. • Draft Booth Mock-up --------------------------------------11.

  3. ICAM / RAND partner booth will highlight “best in class” NC manufacturing technologies including CATIA V5, Control Emulator (CE) & DELMIA MCD-Based Simulation The booth design will illustrate the respective roles of these technologies within an integrated PLM solution The partner booth as well as effective pre-show, at-show and post-show marketing strategies will maximize ICAM / RAND’s presence within the NC manufacturing community General Booth Concept

  4. The combined investment for ICAM and RAND for 900f3 of booth space is $ 24,300 US Additional costs such as transportation, drayage, booth rental and set-up and other marketing initiatives will be shared on a 50/50 basis The estimated overall exhibition cost is approximately $70,000 US Booth Lot Size & Costs

  5. IMTS Cost Break-down

  6. Considering that IMTS is predominately a machine tool show, all featured ICAM / RAND products will be specific to NC manufacturing – see below for suggested product list: - CATIA V5 Design & NC Manufacturing - CAM-POST NC Post-Processing & Control Emulation - DELMIA MCD-Based Machine Tool Simulation Featured Products

  7. The proposed booth message will focus on the key benefits derived from adopting the integrated CATIA V5 / CAM-POST / CE / DELMIA NC manufacturing solution The integrated product interface is aimed at facilitating NC machining, post-processor deployment and MCD-based machine tool simulation in a harmonized, user-friendly environment Through advanced technologies and best practices, customers will be shown how to leverage the benefits offered by RAND / ICAM and transform that value into proven CNC machine tool optimization for improved part quality and production output Booth Message

  8. Mini kiosks will be placed adjacent to the CNC machines of selected machine tool partners Repeating 3 to 5 minutes DELMIA ISO-based simulations of CNC machines manufacturing actual parts will be featured on large LCD monitors with reference to the ICAM / RAND booth number A graphical simulation will add enhanced visuals to each respective booth and will a will help potential customers grasp functionalities and capabilities of the machine tools Machine Tool Partner Affiliation

  9. The simulations will be showcased concurrently at the ICAM / RAND booth with reference to machine tool partner’s booth number Each respective exhibitor will direct corresponding traffic to the appropriate booth ICAM / DELMIA application engineers will be available at the machine tool partner’s booth to perform product demonstrations and to answer any manufacturing and NC post-processing questions Machine Tool Partner Affiliation (continued)

  10. Presence in the machine tool hall, the most visited area, will significantly increase ICAM and RAND’s exposure and lead generation Potential customers will understand the entire manufacturing process – “Part to Production” Machine tool vendors can offer a turnkey solution that will ultimately facilitate their pre-sale and post-sale efforts Benefits - Machine Hall Presence

  11. Interested Machine Tool Partners • In lieu of current human resources, the maximum number of participating machine tool will be limited to three • A list of partners that have expressed interest include: - MAZAK - Makino - DMG - Cincinnati - SNK

  12. Draft Booth Mock-Up - 1
