COW EYE DISSECTION. PROCEDURE:. Remove excess fat from exterior of eye. Cut around the edge of the cornea. You may use a razor blade or scalpel for the entire procedure, or make an incision and then use scissors to cut around the cornea. Observe the structures posterior to the cornea.

  2. PROCEDURE: Remove excess fat from exterior of eye

  3. Cut around the edge of the cornea. • You may use a razor blade or scalpel for the entire procedure, or make an incision and then use scissors to cut around the cornea. • Observe the structures posterior to the cornea. • WARNING: Do not press hard! You’ll really get the juices flowing- or maybe even squirting!

  4. Make a coronal incision through the sclera. • Remove the aqueous humor and lens.
