  6. Download Documentation Once you have logged in the Invitation to tender can be accessed from the home page under my opportunities. The Tender Pack Documentation will be available at the bottom of the tender summary page. These should be saved to your computer where they can be completed.

  7. Questions and Answers On the right hand side of the tender summary screen is the discussion(s) box To ask a question, click on the Question and Answer section title in the discussions section. This will open up the relevant question and answer section as shown on the screenshot below; here any existing questions and answers will show up along with any additional information.

  9. Viewing Attachments Click the attachment title to open and check that they are the correct documents, at this stage you can delete and re-attach documents.

  10. Submit Response Your tender response can be saved as you go prior to final submission Prior to submission your response is shown as ‘Draft (NOT SUBMITTED)’

  11. Confirm Submission Click the Submit response button on the summary screen to submit your tender you will then see a confirmation screen and receive an e-mailed receipt

  12. Confirmation Once your response is submitted the tender summary page will confirm the date and time of submission Do NOT leave your response to the last minute
