Basketball If you play basketball then you exercise for 35 minutes when your game is on and you probably do training for an hour a week so even though you exercise for an hour and a half a week you still need to do 20 minutes of exercise a day But you still need to have a healthy diet For healthy drinks click here For healthy meals click here For healthy snacks click here

  4. Netball If you play netball then you play for 40 minutes whenever you play your game and you probably train for and hour a week so you do exercise for an hour and 40 minutes a week.   5. Football If you play football as a sport then for a game you play for 2 hours and you would probably train for an hour and a half and twice a week.So you do a good amount of exercise a week but if you want to stay fit it would be a good idea to exercise for 20 minutes a day . Cricket If you play cricket for a sport then you will play for 4 hour minimum for your games and then you will train twice a week for 2 hour which is impressive so your fitness should be really good but if you want to be really fit then you could train for 20 minutes a day. Tennis If you play tennis as your chosen sport then if the amount of exercise that you do for your game can vary because of the number of sets that you play in a game so it would a good idea for you to exercise during the week for 20 minutes a day.   8. Dancing For dancing you would just do training and then you would to a concert in the year. For training you would do a minimum of 4 hour a week but even though that is really good it is recommended that you exercise for 20 minutes a day to keep you fitness up. None If you don’t do any sport then you would definitely need to do 20 minutes of exercise a week to keep your fitness up and you should think of taking a sport up because it is a great way to meet people outside of your school and will keep you fit. Representative Basketball If you play representative basketball then you would exercise for 35 minutes when your game is on and you probably do training for an hour a week so that is good but you would need to do 20 minutes a day to make sure that you stay in shape. Representative Netball If you play representative netball then you do 40 minutes of exercise for your game and then an hour of training a week but you would need to do 20 minutes of training every day to keep in shape.   13. Drinks But you can have soft drink now and then but not to often. To have a healthy drink there are many different options to choice from such as: • Vegetable Drinks(V8 Juice) • Fruit Drinks(Apple, Orange, Berry or a smoothie) • Black Coffee( No milk) • Green Tea • Milk • And just plain Water
