Objectives • Obtain P-wave and S-wave arrival times from seismograph for station A, B, and C • Calculate S-P arrival difference for each station • Using ESRT, determine distance to epicenter for each station • Using the world map and a compass, pinpoint the exact epicenter • Identify the tectonic plates causing the earthquake • Complete and submit a technical report
