  1. PROTOCOLO DE ACTUACIÓN ANTE ACCIDENTES ESCOLARES IES DUQUE DE RIVAS

  2. DENTRO DEL CENTRO (clases, instalaciones deportivas, patio) CASO A El profesor atiende y traslada al alumno, si es posible, a Jefatura de Estudios. Jefatura de Estudios avisa al profesor de guardia. El delegado se hace cargo del grupo hasta que llega el profesor de guardia. CASO B El profesor atiende al alumno. El delegado, con los datos del alumno y de los hechos, avisa (si es grave) o traslada (si es leve) a Jefatura de Estudios. FUERA DEL CENTRO 1. Un profesor atiende al alumno. 2. Otro profesor llama: a) A la familia. b) Al 112, si es grave. c) Al centro. 3. Si hay traslado, un profesor acompaña al alumno hasta que se haga cargo la familia. 4. Seguimiento del caso desde el centro (tutor y Jefatura de Estudios) ACCIDENTE

  3. LEVE Atención al alumno. Aviso a la familia. GRAVE Atención al alumno. Aviso a la familia. Aviso al 112 y traslado por parte del profesor de guardia si es imprescindible. Acompaña hasta que llega la familia. Informa a Dirección. Seguimiento del alumno. EN JEFATURA DE ESTUDIOS:Valoración de la gravedad y lista de teléfonos

  4. Informe a la DAT. Información a la familia de sus derechos. CARPETA ACCIDENTE ESCOLAR. EN DIRECCIÓN:
