Walkable, Bikeable Delaware Senate Concurrent Resolution # 13 A STRATEGIC COMMITMENT TO WALKING AND BICYCLING “…plan, prioritize and fund the timely construction and maintenance of interconnected systems or networks of walkways and bikeways with special focus on connecting centers of population with destinations such as workplaces, schools, residences, businesses, recreation areas and other community activity centers in order to provide safe, convenient, cost-effective and healthy mobility via walking and bicycling…”
