You can't change people, so the best thing you can do is build relationships with them, explains Michele Tecchia. Having a good reputation and the ability to communicate your message will lead you far in the real estate industry.

  4. Be Passionate About What You Do Being passionate about what you do will help you through rough times and make things seem easier. If you love your job, it doesn't feel like work. The passion for what you do should be in everything you do so that it isn't a job at all. Always be looking for ways to better yourself and use your creativity when finding solutions to problems. Passion is the key ingredient in being successful in any business endeavor.
