  3. Discrimination Act • Prohibits discrimination of students on the basis of sex, transgender identity or acts, ethnicity, religion or other belief, disability or sexual orientation, and age.

  4. How is it done? • A systematic approach • Established at different levels in the organization • Active involvement of managers • Long-term perspective • Economic resources and a clear division of responsibilities • Norm criticism
