  16. VE Network Web Site • Positive feedback on current/newer Curriculum Units, Lessons, & Workflows. • Curriculum Units aligned with CTE Standards. • Site in process of being continuously updated. • VE network website had over 82,000 hits from September (2011) through December (2011).

VE US Network Bank • US Network Bank accounts set up for every CA Network VE company in September & October. • 76 CA VEI Loans. • 114 CA VEIC Business Contracts. • International connections improved this year over last year. • Over 4,300 CA accounts established: company, student, coordinator, visitors.

National VE Business Plan Presentation Competition • 8th National Business Plan Presentation competition in New York. • March 27-28, 2012 • 19 VE companies from 8 networks will participate. • 19 VE companies from 8 networks participated in 2011: • Sanatorius of California placed 1st. • Coast of California placed 2nd. • Pawsitively Pets, Impulse Entertainment, and CAnoPy also represented California. • Global Business Challenge • 10 California VE students participated.

New York Developments • 12 California companies attended New York Trade Show in April 2011. • 21 New York companies attended California State Trade Show in December 2011. • 7 New York companies attended Bay Area Trade Show in March 2011. • 5 California schools represented in the National Business Plan Competition in April 2011. • 5 California companies will participate in NBPC in March 2012.
