  2. Introduce yourself • Instructions: Introduce yourself. Tell us your name, how you are doing, where you are from, where you live, what language you speak, how old are you, when is your birthday, etc. • Instructions: Please recite the following paragraph. • Good Afternoon. My name is Maria. I am from the United States. I am a student. I study Spanish in the university in London. I am 19 years old. My birthday is November 9. I like England.

  3. Describing People • Instructions: Describe six different people, using a positive and negative descriptive word: a woman, a man, a boy, a girl, you and me. Ex. The boy is young and not tall. • Instructions: Please recite the following paragraph. • He is tall. He is not short. I am old. I am young. I am not old. He is not young. The boy is young. The man is old. The woman is not old. The girl is young. The woman is not tall. The girl is not short.

  4. Describing Objects • Instructions: Using one positive and one negative statement, describe six objects (a car, a flower, a coin, a tree, a house, a purse). Ex. The house is black.
