It is the building-block chemical and a key component in the production of various products that are used by people every day. It takes place in a natural manner all through the environment in the soil, air, and water. It also occurs in plants and animals, including humans. Ammonia is made in a human body when the body breaks down foods that contain protein into amino acids and ammonia, and then convert the ammonia into urea. An ammonia cracker, NH3-Cracker or hydrogen generator is used for the manufacturing of forming a gas. Hydrogen and Nitrogen are produced in an economical way in a volume ratio of 3:1 or in a weight ratio of 14:3. Proportions from 5 m3/h to 60 m3/h are available. Cracked Ammonia is a mixture of 25% Nitrogen, 75% Hydrogen by using Ammonia cylinders. These Gas generators are being used in Sintering Furnaces, continuous SS wire & tubes annealing furnaces and also in brazing furnaces. Dew Point of this gas is (-) 80 degree Celsius which gives brightness to SS Wires, SS Strips, SS Tubes etc. Ammonia Cracking Hydrogen generators are Catalytic cracking units in which Ammonia (NH3) is disassociated to Hydrogen and Nitrogen. 2NH3 = 3H2 + N2 Refrigeration grade Ammonia is from cylinders or tanks is used as feed. The resulting gas has 75% Hydrogen and 25% Nitrogen. If it stands in need for customer’s process, this gas can be further purified in a Molecular Sieves unit by removing un-cracked Ammonia and moisture. There are many engineering companies that offer a wide range of Ammonia Cracker Furnaces that are predominantly used for multifarious industrial applications. These furnaces are electrically heated and LPG fired furnaces. MVS Engineering, a leader in Air and Gas solutions, undertake supply of custom built gas generators for specific Heat Treatment requirements. You can just share your requirements and the company will offer you most appropriate and economical solution. at June 18, 2018 Labels: Hydrogen Gas, Nitrogen Gas, Oxygen Gas
