  1. How to move MYOB on a New Device without installing any Media?

  2. If you ever try to move your MYOB account you must encounter with the issue and unable to move the software to another device. It is a bit tricky process but, not impossible you can move your files to another device but before that make sure you created the backup of the Company files. Use installation CD that comes with your accounting software to reinstall it on a new device.

  3. Continue….. Now, begin the process where you can know how to move MYOB on a new device or computer. • Copy the content of the “C:\program Files\MYOB” or “C:\Premier11” depends on the version of your accounting software.

  4. Continue….. • Make some changes in the registry through RegEdit. There are two minor different versions of the registry settings, depending on the architecture of your computer. Before doing this make sure you create the backup of your computer data or call the experts at MYOB Customer Support.

  7. Continue….. If your software is showing the error 9004 which mean there is something problematic issue pertains to M-Powered services Centre data file.

  8. Continue….. After changing the registry file still, you are receiving the error, this time you need to change the version 3.0 to 2.0 or check the registry settings on your previous device.

  9. Continue….. • Run the MYOB executable from the “C:\Premier11” folder. • Go to the software file and create its shortcut to the MYOB executable file. Note: access the computer as an administrator to configure the MYOB.
