Days 4-7 (MILITARY) nd nd nd nd nd nd nd These days the Soldier will not have any scheduled training but will be required to complete their BDE DCS Checklist (Annex B) prior to going on pass or leave. Day 4 Wills/Power of Attorney Update DEERS/ ID Cards Complete 4 Day/Leave Request Day 5 Conduct POV Inspections Follow Up on MEDPROS/Appointments Update Personnel Records Day 6 Turn BDE DCS Checklist Complete AAR about Lessons learned to CSM and S-3 Day 7 Half Day Schedule Complete Sign Out on 4 Day Pass/Leave Re-set Soldiers to Quarters
