ICON Digital Networks Capital Raise Amount: $2 - $5 Million Dollars Use of Proceeds as follows: • $500,000 to list time and space on the Hong Kong Exchange. 2) $1.5 Million to continue manufacturing, installation, and placing ads through our secured $50,000,000 dollar contact on out of home advertisement. 3) $300,000 for continued app development to link our crypto on the exchanges into our banks with client information in the palm of their hand. 4) $2.5 Million would be used for staging our first American A-list concert tour in Asia. 5) $200,000 will be allocated to treasury and held in reserves for any unforeseen cost which may be associated with the project

  4. DUAL TOKEN STRUCTURE . Our utility tokens (TIME) intended to be traded for ad time, merchandising, A-list artist concerts, Event ticket, discounts merchandising as well as Olympic Beach Games. Space tokens, (SP) are require to be held for a minimum of 12 months in exchange for a quarterly 20% contribution paid quarterly for the lifetime of holding the token All Icon tokens are capped with the space being a total supply available of 780,000 and the time tokens being 4,375,000 available.
