Step 2 2014-15 Academic Year • Your Social Security number • Your driver’s license • Your alien registration or permanent resident card (if you are not a U.S. citizen) • Your 2013 W-2 forms and other records of money earned • Your 2013 Federal Income Tax Return (include spouse’s information , if you are married) • Your parents’ 2013 Federal Income Tax Return (if you are a dependent student) • Your 2013 untaxed income records • Your current bank statements • Your current business and investment records Gather Information

  15. IRS Data Retrieval • Available for those who have filed their tax return • Transfer tax information to FAFSA • If not used, you are required to order a tax transcript from www.irs.gov 2013

  21. Step5 Student Aid Report (SAR) A report provided to students after completing the FAFSA. The SAR contains your EFC and results of federal financial aid database matches.
