  5. Setup Portal Access 1. Connectivity Requirements • If remote, you MUST be connected to the Milestone VPN • When connected to the VPN, you also need to click the Network Connect “Start” button • SAP supports Microsoft Internet Explorer 6 & 7 and Mozilla for browser options ~ Firefox, Safari, etc. are not supported • Microsoft IE 8 is not yet supported by SAP ~ you may have to downgrade to 6 or 7 • Through some simple testing, it appears Firefox (even on a Mac) does work, but if errors are encountered, you will need to switch browsers

Internet Explorer Setup • Ensure downloading of files are enabled • Open Internet Explorer • Go to ‘Tools’ -> ‘Internet Options’ -> ‘Security’ -> ‘Custom Level’ -> ‘Automatic prompting for file downloads’ -> ‘Enable’ • Explicitly setup the SAP Portal sites as “Trusted” sites • Open Internet Explorer • Go to ‘Tools’ -> ‘Internet Options’ -> ‘Security’ -> ‘Trusted Sites’ -> ‘Sites’ • Add: http://sapprdep.chiefmfg.com, http://sapprdnw.chiefmfg.com

Add SAP Portal to your ‘Favorites’ • In your internet browser window, manually enter the following web address: • http://sapprdep.chiefmfg.com:50000/irj/portal • Add this web page to your ‘Favorites’ • Go to ‘Favorites’ -> ‘Add to Favorites…’ • Name the link “Milestone Portal”

  10. Setup Portal Access 4. Signing On • Your User ID is the same as your Milestone Windows ID • (eg. ROHEJ01, CORDTJ01, PISONF01) • Add this web page to your ‘Favorites’ • Go to ‘Favorites’ -> ‘Add to Favorites…’ • Name the link “Milestone Portal” • Your initial password is: milestone09 • You will be asked to change your password • The password needs at least one letter and one number • “Always Allow Pop-ups”

  12. Future Capabilities Single Sign-on • When connecting through the VPN, you will only have to enter your User ID and Password on the VPN screen, after that you will have access to the following without entering a User ID and Password again • Milestone Portal • Web-Mail • SalesForce.com • SAP
