Establishment of the CSC成立中常委過程 • First establish voting members of CSC • Established positions: • Party President (Committee Chairman) • Awaiting Appointment: • Party Vice President • Governmental Policies Committee Chairman • Business Enterprises Committee Chairman • Election Committee Chairman • Public Relations Chairman • This needs to occur within 2-3 days  完成 Completed

Establishment of the CSC成立中常委過程 • Filling in positions in each CommitteeOffice • Committee Chairman will oversee appointing members from forum thread • Fill offices as needed • There is no rush to fill every single office • Committee Chairman may fill one (1) Committee Office position • This needs to occur within 2-3 days after CSC Voting Members are established 就得Awaiting Completion

Supporting the CSC援助中常委 • Communications Protocol • All party members will use the eRepublik HKGOLDEN Forums for Chat • eRepublikChatroom will no longer be supported • Too unreliable • Cannot conduct business while game servers are down • HKGov should announce this • MSN/QQGroup will only be used for CSC private chats • Voting on discussions must be held in CSC Private Discussion Area in the forum • Each voting member of the CSC will receive CSC Forum Usergroup Rights • Each Committee must maintain an active roster of those in their respective committees and offices • Updates must be sent to forum Admin to maintain usergroup security and access

Establishing objectives & Responsibilities成立各部門目標和責任 • Each committee and office has an overview/scope of what its functions are • A list of objectives and responsibilities should be formulated • The list should answer the following questions • What are the main functions of this committee/office? • What interactions/cooperation with other committees and offices will it encounter? • What time(s) of each month will this committee/office be the busiest? • Why? • Do you need more assistance during this time? • What resources do you need? • Forum space • Gold • Account access (Google, Wiki, eRep Org, etc) • What is this committee/office’s mission statement? • Who will this committee/office be accountable to?

Establishing objectives & Responsibilities成立各部門目標和責任 • This process should be open to accommodate ideas from HKGOLDEN members • This list is due for Central Standing Committee’s amendment and approval • Will add/subtract/amend as necessary • Will vote to ratify the committee/office’s objectives and responsibilities on 13FEB2010 • Establishment of the following must be made: • Accountability measures • Release of monthly progress to the party • Report of area(s) of improvement and implementation progress • Report of irregularities and disciplinary action(s) • Failure to complete this task will result in immediate action by the Office of Internal Affairs
