There are numerous reasons why an IT strategy is required by your company- • Meeting organizational needs • Improving business procedures • Providing maintenance • Offering Support • Right staffing for IT systems • The key purpose of an IT strategy is simple. Clarifying and communicating your long-term goals becomes your structure for decisions and actions that will be executed by you over the short and medium term.
