  7. 7 2006/2007 FHCF Reimbursement Contract & Data Call Changes Reimbursement Contract Changes: • Technical Changes – dates & form numbers changed throughout • New Participants and Coverage Selections – selection within 30 days of first policy, otherwise 45% coverage is deemed. p. 2, Article III, (4) • Technical change – added “or earnings thereon.” & rapid cash buildup language added. p. 3, Article IV, (6) CLARIFICATION • Definitions – Payout Multiple reference to “single season.” p. 5, Article V, (23) CLARIFICATION • Definitions – Retention wording added “reduction to one-third of the full Retention.” p. 6 & 7 , Article V, (28) & (29) CLARIFICATION
