  1. Blog 2: Petiteschoolhouse.com How To Choose The Right Preschool You can always get your child admitted to a preschool in Northridge, CA and stay stress-free. However, if you have not done that then at least you should have some idea as to how you can find the correct preschool for your child. You need to understand the simple fact that preschool is easily perhaps the most critical time in the development of a life of a child. It does seem like it is all about fun and games but there is more to it than what meets the eye. This is when the foundations for future education are laid in the right earnest. A preschool also provides a child the opportunity to socialize – to get to know people of his age perhaps for the first time in his life. It is a new environment for him and he learns to adapt to the same. Until the age of three years – in some cases it can go up to four – it is the responsibility of the parents as well as the family members to give a child his first opportunities of learning and developing. However, once your kid is four years old and more it is time for him to go out on his own into the big world out there. In a preschool it is the first time that a kid interacts with people whom he has never seen – let alone known – in his life. This is also beneficial for the parents and children in the sense that it allows them to get acquainted with the idea of spending time away from each other.
