  5. Acting on emotions • Stop and think before reacting • What is the outcome of my behavior? • Use positive body language and facial expressions

  6. Developing emotional communication skills • Identify emotions • Reappraise emotions • Accept responsibility for your emotions • Separate emotions from actions
