  4. Title Tags • Targeted keywords must be in your title on the each pages of the website. Try to put the main keyword first in your title. • Title should be 55-60 character long or 600 pixels and the description should be 150-160 character or 920 pixels. • Try to make your title natural • Don’t stuff your keywords.

  5. Headings (H1) Heading tags are usually used for targeting the main or large keyword on your website because it shows the user about your main service. Also search engines give little more weightage. Make sure you use only one H1 tags per page and use other heading tags in hierarchy.

  6. URL Structure Focus on your main keyword and try to put in your URL but don’t repeat a word in URL. If you have small website then you can change the URL structure then make it 301 redirect to the new one. Short and simple URL attracts the user and search engines as well, so try to keep short as possible.

  7. Alt Text for Images If you are using wordpress or any other Content Management System then its very easy to update Alt tags for your images. This is called alternative text which is not visible to the user but search engines understand it and crawl in the same way. Try to update your Alt text according to describing image properly and not put your keywords in Alt tags until it doesn’t make sound natural.

  8. Website Load Speed Google’s main focus is user that’s why it want to help user in the most possible ways. If your website is taking more time (more than 3-4 seconds) the there is a chance that user will return to try the new website and it increases your bounce rate which is very bad from crawlers point of view. To test the website speed there are many tools like Google’s PageSpeed Insights, Gtmetrix, Pingdom and much more.

  9. Content Here

  10. Page Content As we know that content is the king of SEO and this is the main factor to rank any website on SERP. Your website content must be specific, clear and to the point from the user’s point of view that they could find the information what they are looking for.

  11. Social Tags Putting your website content on social media helps you to reach more users. And it also increase the credibility of your website if user finds your content relevant. For that you must have Open Graph tags and Twitter Cards installed.

  12. Internal Linking • Interlinking is very useful for the users so that they could find more information on your website without browning or searching. • In On-page SEO, we ensures that the website can be read by both users and search engine robots. Good on-page SEO helps search engines to index and understand. For that using 1-3 interlining on your page or post can be useful.
