  7. Demo – date change Change to a date in next school year

  8. Working in the Sandbox • Seating chart • Take attendance • Add narrative to attendance • View demographics

  9. Seating Chart Drag images into rows

  10. Attendance Grid Double click on column header to get to Quick Attendance view for that date

  11. Quick Attendance Can type in comment section

  12. Seating Chart Attendance Select the code right from the seating chart

  13. View Demographics Click on a name and see quick glance demographics.

  14. Scenario – “careful what you say..” Jenny’s parents call because the note you wrote yesterday for her attendance that posted automatically on the parent portal page read “Jenny out again – might need counseling or maybe parent is a hypochondriac” How else could that have been worded?

  15. Scenario – “careful how you type it..” Billy’s mom curious what you meant when you wrote for Billy’s attendance this morning that posted automatically on the parent portal page read “Billy went home because he had flo.” Where can you find the spellcheck feature?
