  16. Conclusion • Buildingmaterials • Outside wall • Piles

  17. Made by: Jacob and Feike Energy-Plus-House Dortmund

  18. Index • First project • Second project • Heating • Energy generation • Sustainable elements • Drawings of the house • Conclusion • End of the presentation

  19. First project • First project was Czech Republic • House • Hotel • Had different sustainable facilities • Little of information about the energy plus house

  20. Second project • Second project is Dortmund, Germany • Designed by a group of students • Build in 2007

  21. Heating • Using blades with solarcells • No Geothermal • Using Heat pumps for hot water and heat indoors • Much insulation applied

  22. Energy generation • Use of a second facade • Blades with solar cells on the South, East and West side • Solar panel on the roof • Connected to the mains, but only to the selling energy

  23. Sustainable elements • North glass is four-layer • East- South and West side are three-layer

  24. Drawings of the house Section wall with Blades Floor plan: first floor + second floor

  25. Conclusion • Solar panels are nicely incorporated into the blades. • House produces more energy than it cosumes.

  26. Made by: Jacob, Feike, Pieter and Bonne Foreign project to domestic project

  27. Foreign project • Solar cells on blades • Using a heat pump for heating and making electricity • Has a veranda that saves heat • Modern look • Remainingenergy is sold

  28. Domestic project • There is an electric car drive on the remaining energy • Traditional look • Using geothermal and sun for making heat • Base is made by waste

  29. Conclusion • Choice goes to Leusden • Leusden has a traditional look • The remaining energy is better spent • Base is made by waste
