Leadership Strategies • Spend fifteen minutes a day observing others behavior • Write down what you find appealing about their leadership styles • Write down what you find to be appealing and not so appealing about your leadership style • Ask your friends for their opinion of you…..be willing to hear the truth • Stand in the room alone and ask yourself do you like your company
