  2. CALL TO ORDER&PLEDGE

Officer Team Building • Hyatt Regency • 1 night team building event • DATE: October 26-27 • Mainline Officers: • Kalie Pfohl, Catherine Mammoser, Jimmy Ehrig, Lindsay Dingman, Courtney Cross & Emily Carias • Additional members invited • Carl Lograsso, Alex Paciorek, Kayla Stamper, Molly Barnard, Gretchen Stockschlader are also invited

  4. Officer Team Building • Get dropped off at between 5:30 and 6 on Friday • Get picked up between 10:30-11 Saturday morning • Fun filled night with team building exercises and future planning

  5. Officer Team Building • Each member coming must bring: • a charity event to do/fundraise for OR a challenge event to go to • Bathing suit/towel • $5 for pizza! • 1 approved team building board game • Taboo • Jenga • Imagine If? • Pop/chips/dessert

  6. Officer Team Building • We will have a meeting WEDNESDAY during advisement • All members who are planning on attending MUST attend this meeting tomorrow! • Permission slips MUST be signed BY Thursday to attend (available now) • No excuses!

Officer Team Building • Last year breakfast was complementary with the hotel rooms • This year they are not • Club needs to vote and discuss to: • Use the clubs money to buy breakfast for the members attending the Hyatt Team Building Event • USE PARLIAMENTARIAN PROCEDURE! • MAKE A MOTION! AND SECOND IT!

  8. Membership Dues • Dues are $15 per FBLA year • $6 go to NYS FBLA • $6 go to National FBLA • YOU ARE LATE IF YOUR DUES ARE NOT IN!! • EARLY IS ON TIME, ON TIME IS LATE AND LATE IS UNACCEPTABLE!!! • If you do not have your dues in by October 30, you should not be attending meetings.

  10. Fall District Meeting • THIS THURSDAY! • Members will come down to Room 111 IMMEDIATELY after school • Pizza • Quickly run through what each person is doing • THERE WILL BE A MANDATORY FDM MEETING DURING ADVISEMENT WEDNESDAY!

  11. Fall District Meeting • Due to people canceling on coming to the FDM we had to switch committee items around • Each person will be in charge of 1 thing only in each room • Then everyone will help with foyer

  12. Fall District Meeting • 2:15-4:00 SET UP • 4:00-4:30 REGISTRATION • 4:30-5:00 OPENING SESSION • 5:05-5:30 WKSP SESSION 1 • 5:35-6:00 WKSP SESSION 2 • 6:05-6:30 WKSP SESSION 3 • 6:35-7:15 DINNER & DISTRICT OFFICER INTERVIEW • 7:15-8:00 CLOSING SESSION AND BATTLE OF THE BEST

  17. Dress Code • Ladies: • Blouse (appropriate) • Skirt (at least finger tip length) • Pants suit • Dress Shoes (absolutely NO Flip-flops) • Gentlemen • Button down shirt (blazer) • Tie • Dress pants • Dress shoes (NO sneakers)

  18. Desserts for FDM • ALL members should bring in a dessert for the FDM • If you have not signed up for a dessert you are LATE! • Early is on time, on time is late and LATE is unacceptable

  20. Coin Crazy Challenge • Start bringing in change! • Put it in the pumpkin! • Any spare change from home • Bring in (at least)$1 of paper money as well • Collect coins for the coin crazy challenge for the FDM
