WEBSITE OBJECTIVES • Develop a dynamic website with a Content Management System to enable MoLG ICT staff manage the site. • Design an animated gallery. • Design a variety of animated graphics to be uploaded on to the website. • Develop and implement the website content menu with information provided. • Develop a system for uploading news and articles. • Creating of a blog. • Develop the web events calendar/upcoming events. • Develop a system of downloads and uploads. • Design appropriate security architecture for the website and implement this security mechanism through the website. • Trouble shooting of the website for the contract period. • Provide adequate training to staff to enable them to effectively operate, update and maintain the website using a Content Management System • Provide links to appropriate related sites as required by the client.
