Overview: Goal: • Support project scoping for 2016 – 2018 STIP • Deliver inventory and condition assessment • Identify priority culverts needing repair or replacement • HMT “Priority Corridor Routes” Recommendations: • Basic Condition Application + Advanced Condition Application (BCA + ACA) • Resourcing Plan

  4. Non-interstate: 1000 miles Completed: 600+ miles Remaining: 400 miles Interstate: 700 miles

  5. Resource Plan • Centralized project management • Full-time project commitment • Field Crews – develop recruitment pool • Supplement with contractors/consultants where needed • IT/GIS • Project Management
