  5. 3.1 Multilingual ccTLD(mccTLD) - Local Internet community for ccTLD manages mccTLD. - There may be more than one mccTLDs if there are more than one official languages.

  6. 3.2 Multilingual Language TLD(mlTLD) - Local internet community for the language manages mlTLD. - Some organization may facilitate to coordinate the development of the local internet community for the language. - Language(Code)TLD in ASCII may be needed in same cases such as .tamil and .kurd.

  7. 3.3 Multilingual gTLD(mgTLD) - Local internet community for the language of TLD manages multilingual gTLD(mgTLD). - Some organization may facilitate to coordinate the development of the local internet community if it has not been formed yet.  - Each language community need to decide if it needs multilingual gTLD for the community.

  8. 4. Remark a. Harmonization of restricted code sets for various languages is very important for all multilingual names.    b. Mixing of different code sets in a domain name should be prohibited due to its potential side effect.
