Matthew Trim Is the Former Business Development Director at 131 Pizza, Melbourne, Victoria Matthew Trim, the Founder and Director of Commercial Adelaide Real Estate Group, has an established background owning and operating businesses across various industries. He is the former Business Development Director at 131 Pizza, Melbourne, Victoria, which he purchased in 2012 and successfully built it to be the largest independent Pizza group within Australia with more than 200 member stores nation-wide. When it came to managing business relationships while working at 131 Pizza, Matthew Trim negotiated contracts with key suppliers and proactively developed solutions to meet consumer demands. Additionally, he arranged and participated in internal and external customer debriefs, and developed online portal for clients ordering from wholesalers. Matthew was also responsible for leading customer service, account management sales and staffing operations. From identifying potential new customers, satisfactorily resolving customer complaints, training staff to induct into company systems and management programs, to ensuring and overseeing the consistent provision of outstanding customer service; Matthew diligently handled it all. He started his career in 1998 with Trims Retail, Adelaide, SA, as a Retail Operations Manager, where he executed commercial management strategies that drove growth beyond $15m per annum. Matthew’s professional development and training has also played an important role in his professional success. He holds a Diploma of Property Services (Agency Management) from Real Estate Training College, SA; has received Social Media Training from Glam Digital; done a MYOB Course from MYOB Training Centre, and also completed a short course on Accounting for Small Business.
