Making Congressional Appointments • Only One Appointment Per Office • Be Mindful of Scheduling Times • Report Your Appointments by May 18th to mbuneo@naifa.org • When Reporting Your Appointments, Please Include: • Time • Location • NAIFA Members Attending • Congressional Staff/Legislator Attending

Making Congressional Appointments • Call the Scheduler - Capitol switchboard at 202-225-3121 (House) or 202-224-3121 (Senate) • Webform Might Be Required • 9:30 am-3:30 pm on May 23rd • Try and Schedule Meetings with ALL Legislators, Even if Your State Doesn’t Have a Constituent Attending • 20 Minutes to Walk Between the House and Senate Office Buildings • If They Ask, the Issues Are: Federal Tax Treatment of Insurance & Workplace Benefits and Retirement Security • Double Check the Times & Locations of All Appointments before May 23rd

Those that are not in attendance are encouraged to participate • NAIFA will begin teasing it’s upcoming social media plan on Twitter the week of April 16 - be sure to follow along!
