  2. Fall 2012 Enrollment (15 day headcount) • Note: As of late last week • Spring 2013 Grad aps – up 5, Univ. Campus enrol. up 70, CC enrol. up 30 from same point in 2011 *15th day official headcount **Lower enrollment is due to increased English competency requirements and no IELP during September 2012.

  3. Academic Affairs Priorities • Priority 1 - Hire a Dean of the College of Business • (Interviews are continuing) • Priority 1 - Begin preparations of the NWCCU Year 3 Report • (Well underway – Dr. Redinger and AAC spearheading effort) • Priority 1 - Continue Implementation of College!Now • Priority 1 - Work out Organizational Structures for areas • reporting to Provost and launch searches • Priority 1 - Finalize Futureu Strategic Plan • (Draft to be presented to University Council 12-5-12) • Priority 1 - Begin discussion of ASC instructors and courses • (Organizational mtg. on 10/29 – 2nd mtg. today)

Academic Affairs Priorities (continued) • Priority 1 - Roll out PD funds and CARE grants • (PD funds distributed, CARE under review) • Priority 1 - Work with Chancellor on time-critical issues • Priority 1 - Work with Deans on College-related issues • (Still working on a solution to Graduate Studies leadership) • Priority 1 - Work with Academic Senate on issues raised • Priority 1 - Work with CBA on issues raised • Priority 2 - Begin to sort out Academic Affairs priorities for • 2012-13 based on the new strategic plan
