  1. Scenario 1 • Jason is a 20 y/o wide receiver who underwent a reconstruction procedure for an ACL in his left knee 2 days ago. His surgery involved using a patellar tendon graft. He is currently PWB with crutches. He is now being referred to begin rehab

  2. List 5 Exercises or activities that Jason will perform over the next 3 weeks. Write 3 objective goals for this early stage of rehab. Describe the instructions for how to perform each activity or exercise.

  3. He is now 8 wks. Post-Op and is FWB without a limp, has full extension, and flexes the knee to 120 ̊. Write 3 objective goals for this stage of rehab. List 5 activities or exercises that can be incorporated into his rehab program over the next 2 months. Describe the instructions for how to perform these exercises.

  4. He is now 6 months Post-Op and is ready to return to play. List 5 functional tests that will determine if he is safe to begin unrestricted activity.
