  1. MÃO-DE-OBRA A mão-de-obra é a parte envolvida nas tarefas dentro das propriedades. Portanto, são eles que fazem a propriedade funcionar. Para melhorar a eficiência dos trabalhadores há necessidade de capacitá-los. O dinheiro e tempo destinado para o treinamento das pessoas deve ser entendido como um investimento e não como um custo. O planejamento é previsão anual da utilização da mão-de-obra. Para isso é necessário conhecer o que se vai fazer e qual a necessidade de mão-de-obra por atividade.
