  1. Using ALSCO online to create New Repossession Orders for Adjusters By: Estella Wagner July 26, 2013 EDTC: 3332

  2. Needs Assessment • The adjusters that are imputing new orders do not know how to do them efficiently, therefore it is taking more time out of their work day to complete the task. • There should be more tutorials or even training sessions to show the adjusters how to properly input the information.

  3. Needs Assessment • The recommendation would be to provide a tutorial to show the adjusters how to input the repossession orders and then for those that still needs additional assistance I would provide more tutorials and more practice.

  4. Instructional Goal • The adjusters will gain greater knowledge of using ALSCO online.

  5. Performance Objectives Objective #1 Given a new order to input (CN), the learner should be able to complete the orders without assistance (B), correctly to the legal standards (CR). Objective #2 Given the correct information (CN), the learner will be able to input them in the correct blanks (B), with no mistakes (CR).

  6. Assessment of Learning Outcomes Performance Objectives Assessment

Learner Characteristics • The target audience will range from 19 years old up to 25 years old and all are male students. • The learners will all have some basic knowledge of computer skills. • The learners will need to know how to use the ALSCO online system for better performance. • Additional information that may be helpful is that all of the learners do not have college experience therefore they may not understand the terminology.
